Though I greatly enjoy and respect the antics and heroics of the Monarch Butterfly caterpillar, the chrysalis or pupa stage of the Monarch Butterfly Life Cycle offers delectable candy for the imagination. The mammoth Monarch Butterfly migration is underway. Sightings are reported along rivers and hillsides, fields and meadows, gardens and parks by lucky viewers seeing hundreds of these skilled navigators flying south.
